Welcome to the Year 2 Home Learning Page!

Here you will find your weekly home learning timetable. This will be updated by 8am on a Monday morning for the week ahead. The learning will be a mixture of tasks; from Oak Academy lessons, BBC Bitesize, paper-based activities, and Stream videos (which you will have received an email about.) The timetable will show you how to access the learning for each lesson. 

Any worksheets mentioned can be found in the 'Resources' section at the bottom of our class Home Learning Page.

Well done to everyone for your fantastic learning in and out of school this week! I am so impressed with your continued enthusiasm. 

We have been story writers, innovating our own stories of 'Man on the Moon' by Simon Bartram, and have been shipwrecked in the Bahamas!

Year 2 Gallery

This term we have learnt all about Whitworth. As part of our topic-based learning, Mrs Livsey and the Year 2 class took a trip to Wallbank Lodge, which was a fantastic experience. We saw the black swans, and collected lots of leaves for our observational drawings.
